  1. /// FOIA

1,200 newly-declassified Stargate pages hit CIA CREST

The 2024-2025 declassification batch added 1,200 pages to the public Stargate archive — including the full McMoneagle mission dossier (451 missions, 117 flagged 'operationally significant'). The May & Marwaha 2025 meta-analysis in JSE found d=0.50 across 128 studies. We updated the article.

  2. /// FDA

Lenire (bimodal stimulation) gains FDA breakthrough designation

Tinnitus was 'untreatable' for 30 years. The 2026 evidence base — Lenire FDA approval, vagal-tone protocols, neurofeedback — has changed the protocol stack. We have the breakdown.

  3. /// STUDY

    2024 magnesium meta-analysis: d=−0.41 on sleep onset (34 RCTs)

A network meta-analysis published in Sleep Medicine Reviews aggregated 34 magnesium RCTs and found d=−0.41 effect size on sleep onset latency. The form matters more than the dose. We added it to the article.

  4. /// REPLICATION

    Koksma & Linden 2025: 38-study meta-analysis on EEG-coherence between separated subjects (d=0.29)

Frontiers in Psychology published a meta-analysis of 38 studies on Grinberg-style EEG-coherence experiments. Effect size d=0.29 — small, but persistent across 38 independent labs. We updated the Grinberg file.

    Jacobo Grinberg dossier (refreshed)
  5. /// SCHOLARSHIP

EFSA declines to extend magnesium sleep-specific health claim

The European Food Safety Authority's April 2026 ruling: existing evidence supports magnesium as a general muscle/nervous-system supplement but does not yet meet the threshold for a specific sleep claim. The bar is high. The data is mixed.
