Field report from a 14-day morning practice combining alignment, Wim Hof Method breathing, and a self-developed God Nerve target-encoding cycle. This is a personal account, not a course. This field report is the first phase of a longer protocol I designed for myself. The first phase is what I actually ran rigorously. The later phases exist on paper in my private vault; I did not run them with the same discipline as the first, and I will not publish them as if I had.
