Field report from a 14-day morning practice combining alignment, Wim Hof Method breathing, and a self-developed God Nerve target-encoding cycle. This is a personal account, not a course. There is no enrollment. There is no relationship of care between you and me. I am not your teacher, your coach, your clinician, or your physician. This field report is the first phase of a longer protocol I designed for myself. The first phase is what I actually ran rigorously.
